Uneven pupils or mydriasis is caused by:

1) Eye medication

-Some eyedrops cause pupils in ones eye to dilate more than other.

2) Plants

-Brugmansia plants which are poisonous. Found in parts of America.

(*Brugmansia plant or Angel Trumpet)

3) Holmes-Adie syndrome (HAS)

-Neurological disorder.

4) Head trauma

-Accident. Need to be taken to ER immediately.

5) Tumors

-Brain tumor. Uneven pupils, followed by several headache.

6) Nerve damage

-Nerve that run from the base of the brain to other parts of the brain are susceptible to damage by injury.

Save lives. Act immediately.
